Gabby is happy to carry out a full project management service for construction and planting work for the final design. 

Construction specifications

Gabby will write a detailed set of specifications for the construction and planting work required for the scheme.  The specification/bill of quantities may then be used for competitive pricing by landscaping contractors.

Budget costs

Outline budget costs can be prepared based on the information compiled in the specifications.  Budget costs are based on recent costs on other projects and are intended as a guide only as contractors’ pricing methods vary considerably.

Engagement of contractors

Gabby will send the detailed specification/bill of quantities and drawings to suitable contractors for pricing.  She will be on hand to deal with any queries arising during the pricing process and will present the prices to you for consideration.  Once a contractor is chosen Gabby will make arrangements for the successful contractor to be appointed and agree a suitable work schedule.

Site supervision visits

Gabby will make regular site visits whilst work progresses and will deal with any queries or problems on site.  She will ensure that work is carried out to the specifications requested and will make decisions on site in order to keep the work progressing to schedule.
